Morgan Foundation—will host “The Big Turkey Giveaway” at the Sound Mind Sound Body (SMSB) Community Engagement Center- 11440 Morang Ave, Detroit, MI.
In partnership with Walmart and Kelley Cawthorne Strategic Consulting, the event will provide 2,000 turkeys and 2,000 food bags to families in need—helping ensure thousands of Detroiters enjoy a full Thanksgiving meal.
The initiative is part of Semaj’s commitment to giving back to his hometown through service, mentorship, and community leadership. A proud alumnus of the Sound Mind Sound Body Football Program, Morgan continues to embody the values the organization instills in young athletes: discipline, education, and compassion.

“Semaj has always been more than an athlete—he’s a role model,” said Curtis Blackwell, founder of Sound Mind Sound Body. “We’ve watched him grow from a driven young player into a leader who’s using his platform to uplift others.
