The Black Legacy Advancement Coalition (BLAC) is a Detroit-based non-profit founded in 2020 dedicated to empowering people of African descent through tools, resources, and opportunities to achieve systemic change and build generational wealth. The coalition offers education, career path assistance, housing support, and holistic wellness resources, while also working to combat systemic racism through policy advocacy, community building, and strategic partnerships.

This fall, the official men's outreach of the BLAC Coalition, The Man to Man Project, is celebrating 15 years of building better men at our Man to Man Fall Retreat, THE RESET!

There will be empowering sessions, brotherhood, food, fellowship and fun! Guest speakers this year include Dr. Jay Barnett, Bishop Hugh Daniel Smith, Russell Harris, Jr. and a host of other panelists! See below.
