Tamela C. Todd is a Detroit based business strategist, winemaker, best selling author, and entrepreneur known for helping women build profi table businesses with clarity, confi dence, and long term structure. She is the founder of Sip N Read Book Bar in Corktown, a fi rst-of-its-kind bookstore and wine experience centered on Michigan wine, literature, and community connection.

With more than 25 years in business leadership, Tamela has guided entrepreneurs, creatives, and small business owners in business development, operational planning, audience growth, and visibility strategies. She is also the creator of the Publish and Pour Author Pathway, a structured six month program launching in 2026 that takes writers from concept to completed manuscript and a full launch experience.

Tamela is a three-time Motor City Match awardee; a board member of the Michigan Wine Collaborative; and the winemaker and owner of Library of Rosé, her private wine label crafted in partnership with a Michigan winery. Her work and ventures have been featured in Crain’s Detroit, Fox 2 Detroit, WDIV-TV, CBS Detroit, the Michigan Chronicle, Wine Country, and Michigan Uncorked.

She is the bestselling author of Emotions of the Mind and is currently writing her next book, set for a 2026 release and book tour. Tamela continues to use her platform to empower women, support community literacy, and create welcoming spaces where books, wine, and conversation come together.
