A proud native of Detroit, Talisa Norton brings more than 25 years of distinguished experience in leadership, business operations, and strategic growth. Known for her personable and pragmatic approach to solving complex challenges, she has earned recognition as an accomplished business strategist and respected change management expert.

Talisa began her academic journey at the GMI Engineering & Management Institute, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. She went on to complete a Master of Engineering in Manufacturing from the University of Michigan. Following her graduate studies, she served as a Research Fellow with the National Science Foundation's Engineering Research Center for Reconfigurable Manufacturing Systems. She later advanced her career at Ford Motor Company, supporting North American and Canadian V8 engine and transmission plants. In this role, she helped deliver automated, high-volume machining and assembly systems for critical engine and drivetrain components.

Transitioning from the corporate sector into entrepreneurship, Talisa applied her analytical expertise as a Six Sigma Black Belt to build and scale successful business ventures. As Chief Operations Officer of All Pro Color in Farmington, Michigan, she led the transformation of her family's commercial printing company from a small, local operation into a thriving multi-million-dollar enterprise. Her leadership spans human resources, finance, marketing, operations, and manufacturing strategy, developing systems that drive sustainable profitability and long-term growth across multiple brands and ventures.

Whether serving as a philanthropist, angel investor, operations consultant, or leadership coach, Talisa is widely respected for fostering innovative solutions and empowering organizations to build strong cultures that support meaningful business success.

At the heart of her work is a deep belief that leadership is meant to inspire. Talisa remains passionate about community involvement and creating impact beyond business. Above all, she considers her greatest accomplishments to be her role as a devoted wife to Kamal Norton and a proud mother to their two children, Reagan Marie and Kamal Alexander.
