Founded in 2011 by Robyn K. Fuller Butler and Ashley V. Johnson, J&F Advisors, PLLC was launched with vision, faith, and a commitment to excellence. Starting the firm at just 26 years old, the two founders stepped into entrepreneurship determined to build more than an accounting practice; they set out to create a firm that would elevate businesses and expand representation within the profession.

As African American women CPAs, Robyn and Ashley have been trailblazers in their community, building a respected advisory firm during a time when minority ownership in public accounting remains underrepresented nationwide. J&F Advisors specializes in outsourced CFO solutions, Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS), and tax strategy — helping business owners transition from compliance-focused accounting to forward-thinking financial strategy.
