Monica Marie Jones, MSW, Personal & Executive Coaching | Facilitation | Organizational Healing


Monica Marie Jones, MSW, is a personal and executive coach, facilitator, and organizational consultant who partners with leaders to move beyond burnout and into clarity, alignment, and sustainable impact. Her work supports transformation across careers, businesses, relationships, health, and finances by addressing the human patterns that drive both success and exhaustion.

Grounded in deep expertise in human development, behavior, and mental health, Monica is known for a powerful, experiential approach that integrates coaching, facilitation, and healing-centered practices. Her signature methodology meets individuals and organizations exactly where they are—interrupting outdated patterns, supporting emotional repair, and cultivating grounded confidence, discernment, and purpose-driven leadership.

A leading advocate for rest as a strategic and revolutionary leadership practice, Monica helps high-capacity leaders and institutions reimagine productivity, power, and performance without sacrificing well-being. She currently consults with philanthropic organizations including The McGregor Fund and The Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan’s Pontiac Funders Collaborative, where she designs and facilitates experiences that center equity, restoration, and authentic leadership for funders and community partners.

Monica’s consulting and facilitation work spans corporate, government, nonprofit, and philanthropic sectors. Nationally, she has partnered with organizations such as the David P. Weikart Center for Youth Program Quality, the Youth Development Resource Center (YDRC), and initiatives supported by the Wallace Foundation, contributing to systems-level work in social and emotional learning, leadership development, and organizational culture. She has also hosted five Restoration for Leaders Retreats over the past four years in Marrakesh, Morocco, guiding leaders from Michigan and across the United States to the MWASI Healing and Restoration Center for immersive, restoration-centered leadership experiences in North Africa.

Monica holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan, a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Eastern Michigan University, and a Coaching Certification from The CAPP Institute. She is also a published author, with contributions featured in Chicken Soup for the Girl’s Soul and Souls of Our Young Sisters.
