3rd Wayne County History Project Exhibition!

Saturday, December 13 | 10am-2pm

Guardian Building, 500 Griswold Street


The third exhibition in the Wayne County History Project features Taylor, Brownstown, Ecorse, Allen Park, Lincoln Park, Flat Rock, and Southgate.

Enjoy festive Treats & Sips throughout the day, including cookies from Detroit Cookie Company and a warm drink station by Eastside Roasterz offering cocoa, hot cider, and coffee.

Santa will visit from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, sharing cheerful interactions and reading seasonal stories at 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM, including The Night Before Christmas, The Night Before Hanukkah, and The Night Before Kwanzaa.

The Velvet Carolers will perform holiday music from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Families and visitors of all ages are invited to get creative with Make & Take crafts including community coloring sheets, LEGO® mini-build projects such as a Holiday Mosaic Tile and a Kwanzaa Flag tile, decorate-your-own dreidel, and holiday-themed paper bag lanterns.
