When you see Armond it’s clear that you are looking at someone that takes pride in his appearance. His high energy coupled with his chiseled physique captivates any room that he walks in. But there's so much more to him, in a short period of time he has made Jab’s Gym Eastern Market the most visited gym in Detroit.

Besides Jabs Gym, his business empire includes real estate and soon he’ll be adding restaurateur to his portfolio.

As a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Incorporated, his philanthropic efforts are just as impressive. Whether he’s feeding the homeless or preaching the effects of good health you can count on him being there for the greater good.

Also, as one of Metro Detroit’s most eligible bachelors he enjoys a healthy social life.

I recently got an opportunity to speak with him at the Detroit Athletic Club where he is one of the youngest members.

Here’s a bit of our conversation:

DC: So, tell us, who is Armond?
AR: I’m just a Guy from Inkster, trying to make a difference in the world.

DC: You’re always so focused, where do you get your inspiration from?
AR: A lot of my inspiration comes from my Granddad; he taught me the value of money and the honor in an honest day’s work. I also get inspired by seeing others do amazing things.

DC: I know you’re always building, what are you currently working on?
AR: I’m always buying real estate, soon my partners and I will be opening a restaurant on the Avenue of Fashion, so I’m very excited about that.

DC: Are you single?
AR: Currently, yes.

DC: Do you want to get married someday?
AR: Absolutely! Marriage is definitely something I want someday.

DC: Tell me about the Woman that gets you to propose?
AR: She’d be smart, kind and supportive with a good sense of humor. She'd also have an adventurous spirit!

DC: What type of Husband would you be?
AR: I’m a strong leader so my Wife can expect that, but I’d lead with love.

DC: Where do you see yourself in the next five years?
AR: I see myself running several highly successful businesses, perhaps married with a young family and just being happy and helping others.

DC: If you could send a message to everyone in the world, what would it be?
AR: Stay focused, stay loyal and no matter how many times you fail get back up and start over again! It’s the most dedicated that always wins!

DC: Thank you for your time.

As you can see at 33 years of age Armond already has a lifetime of accomplishments, but he’s just getting started. He’s a thought leader a philanthropist, skilled businessman and a incredible human being.
