THE BIGGEST COME-UP OF 2020

This year has been unbelievable in just about every way imaginable way. It seemed like we went from one tragedy to another first Kobe then it seemed like we went from one movie to another first it was “I AM Legend” straight into the “PURGE.”

But through all the tragedies there was some bright spots, hopefully things will get better for us all very soon and we can get back to living life as we’re used to.

This is a list of the biggest come-up so far, out of all the pain the following is a list of people and things that made a come-up.

1. Black People, rather you agree or disagree the plight of Black People in America Black America defiantly got your attention; the rest is up to you.

2. Hand Sanitizer, You be hard-pressed to find a reasonable person who doesn’t has a stash of hand sanitizer on deck.

3. People getting unemployment, some people’s take home pay quadrupled during the pandemic, this was a great opportunity to put yourself in a better position, hopefully they did.

4. Netflix, for the first four weeks just about everyone was glued to Netflix, and then they cancelled all the show we just got hooked on, go figure.

5. New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, his daily Covid 19 briefings were must watch TV. His steady leadership was what we needed at the time. I’m sure I’m not the only thinking “I wish he was running for President."

6. First Responders/Essential worker, finally we realized just how important first responder are and just how much we need these brave Men and Women.

7. D-NICE, he was already a very popular DJ but his virtual parties have taken him to a whole other level. Without D-Nice quarantining would have been a lot worst.

8. Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, as President Trump hurried insult after insult at her the spotlight was shined on her steady leadership. Governor Whitmer saved lived with her strong unwavering leadership. I think we will be seeing her on the national scene before long.

9. Zoom, it instantly became the go to form of communication. From meetings to podcast and family gathering Zoom is now a part of our lives and it’s here to stay.


10. LOVE, people realized just how important showing love to each other truly is. Life and fragile and you never
know when it could end. It seemed like every day we wakeing up to more death and despair. Love has finally taken it rightful place in our lives.

11. Working from home, due to the pandemic a lot of us were forced to work from home, than the Bosses realized something, the productivity increased and they may not need to keep shelling out those major bucks for that expensive office. You can expect the work at home arrangement to become permanent for a lot of us.
