Thank you for choosing Beautiful Machine Magazine and for taking the time out to learn how to make our world just that much more pleasant. We want to begin this month’s issue with a discussion on the journey to wellness. We live in a world where disease phenomena is common in almost every home and the causes of these diseases seem to be at the core of people’s lifestyles. The problem here is that the solutions to our common problems are not only unknown to the average person but for some strange reason we tend to believe in the need for the problems themselves more so than the resolutions when they are introduced to us by a loved one who simply wants to see us enjoying a better quality of life. The friction seems to stem from not only a lack of knowledge but that combined with years and years of conditioning to the point where we are satisfied with feeling “normal” or “just ok” as opposed to vibrant with an abundance of energy at our disposal to complete life’s demands. The answers that seem so far away when we need them are actually much closer than we expected. We must keep in mind that no matter which religion we choose to follow or what side of the planet we choose to live on that life is governed by forces and laws that we need to re-familiarize ourselves with. These potencies and universal rules were in place before we were born and will be in existence still after we leave this place. We can witness them all around us but the truth is that they exist in an even more profound way inside each and every one of us.

From the moment we were born, we have been bombarded with substances, information, and vibrations that have an adverse effect on our well-being and our natural order over all. This includes manufactured and processed foods, genetically modified foods, extremely low frequencies (i.e. phones, computers, head phones, microwaves, etc.), people with energies that drain others, and a plethora of things that we can continue to count for weeks. By the time a said person has reached 30, they have already been programmed with habits approved by society and a mindset designed for self-destruction. Very few families or communities make it a point to teach there youth how to harmonize with others and co-create in this universe. We learn even less about the world that exists inside of us. As a matter of fact, this unknown world within us is ignored on a daily basis and our ability to acknowledge it and develop it is decreased as we improve upon the detrimental habits and choices alluded to previously.

The solutions to our problems may not be popular but they are reliable and they are priceless for the most part. In order to start solving our personal troubles we must first accept where we are and begin from there. Honesty with self is paramount to our journey to wellness. When we say that, “The truth is the light’”, this is not only a philosophical statement but it is also a biological truth. Everything that we think about or experience during a lifetime is recorded in our bodies deep down on a cellular level. Falsehood actually short-circuits the electrical activities in the body, especially down the spinal column. Truth then serves us all as a foundation on our road to better health. Let is now navigate through a simple process that allows us to improve our quality of life in a simple yet effective way.

The average person has pounds of waste stored uncomfortably throughout the body but in high concentrations inside the colon. While it is popular to go from detox to detox as promoted by other sources, a decongestion phase will serve us best and before any detox can truly be successful. We need to focus on breaking down the plaque and mucus that has accumulated around the body from all these years of abuse. Exercise is important during this phase but also foods that will go into the body and breakdown foreign substances that have been weighing down the body up until that point. Taking an ounce of apple cider vinegar cut with an ounce of lemon juice for 30 days or a moon cycle will help to break up and loosen the toxins, bacteria, plaque, etc. that one wishes to address during a detox. After dedicating a said amount of time to decongestion, detoxing can be performed best with chlorophyll either in a liquid form or from heavy green leafy vegetable intake. This phase should last for at least a month and we have to keep in mind that we can not rid the body of 30 to 40 years of waste and wrong doing in a matter of days. This is simply not possible. After our detoxing from greenery, we can begin to increase our consumption of seeded fruits. Fruits are hands down the best for our cleansing phase. In addition to being the best cleanser for our cells, the fruit also supplies our mitochondria with the tools needed for energy production. After another moon cycle or month of cleansing, the average person should feel splendid but we can’t stop here. Our next phase calls for mineralizing the cells. This is done the best via sea vegetables and algae. My personal favorite for fresh minerals is chondrus crispus sea moss. Other options for re-mineralizing the body are phytoplankton and blue-green algae. Only a polishing phase is left for us to fine tune the work we have just done. We’ll continue on next month with more ways to beautify our bodies from the inside out.
